We love bringing the luxury vibes to Sundays with champagne. Post massage bliss is often ruined when you have to get dressed and leave the spa. Massages at home bring all the good feelings with the added benefit of being able to float into bed or on the sofa afterwards. Our tip is to have an everything shower before it followed by wearing pyjamas that can tolerate the oils that you have on your skin so you can sit and snooze into a peaceful slumber.

Call us quintessentially British but an M&S, Waitrose or Fortnums shop for some of our favourite products just sets the mood at home. We aren't saving these things for special occasions either. Biscuits, jam, crisps (especially the jalapeño ones), cheese, tea bags, cheddar twists, chocolate nuts, elderflower cordial and bake a home pain au chocolat are all regulars on our M&S shopping list.
